Shipping in Italy
Our products are shipped via GLS Italia Express Courier which will deliver the fully packaged and undamaged product. In the absence of these imposed conditions, refuse delivery. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (EUROPE)
The costs for international shipments are regulated by a figure of €11, calculated according to the country of dispatch. The goods are delivered selected within 72/96 of the order fulfillment.
SWITZERLAND (EXTRA U.E.):
Shipments will take 10/15 working days from order fulfillment, as the shipment will be made by registered mail.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Italy)
Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005), if the Customer is a Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases a VIVA fitwear order form with VAT number), he has the right to withdraw from the Contract Purchase for any reason, without the need to PROVIDE explanations with additional costs of € 9.00 for SHIPMENT (cash payment to the courier) charged to the buyer for the user the right of withdrawal. The Customer must SEND a VIVA wearability a Communication to that effect within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication will be sent by email (info@vivafitwear.com). The product will be changed within 7 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by VIVA fitwear. The change can be arranged with another product from our collection; if the product had a higher price than the one previously purchased, the customer will have to pay the difference between them.
VIVA fitwear reserves the right not to accept the request for exchange of goods if the returned products are without the original packaging, which shows signs of use, missing accessories or other defects and / or shortcomings that cancel the integrity of the product.

REFUNDS
To make the return, the customer can contact us at the complete address info@vivafitwear.com by writing his order number, name and surname. We will immediately communicate instructions, methods and times for the fulfillment of the return procedure.
The customer will be refunded within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods by VIVA fitwear. The refund will be made for an amount equal to the cost of the products purchased and returned, from which a flat rate shipping cost of € 9.00 will be subtracted (includes shipping and collection costs). VIVA fitwear reserves the right not to accept the return request if the returned products are without the original packaging, which show signs of use, missing accessories or other defects and / or shortcomings that cancel the integrity of the product.
FLAWS
Upon delivery, the Buyer MUST check the Goods Received and, if he finds obvious anomalies or Defects, MUST notify the seller within 14 days of purchase. In case of lack of conformity, VIVA fitwear will restore the conformity of the product by replacing the purchased article. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is automatically transferred to the buyer WHEN he (or a third party appointed by him and other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
