The purchase and sales contract is displayed on the "on-line" website. As a remote contract, the legal transaction is stipulated between the Company and the User in the context of a remote sales system organised by the company which utilises the remote communication technology namely the "internet" for this contract. The purchase contract is concluded with the acceptance by the Company of the order made by the User on the Site. The User's order, is subject to the availability of the models of Products requested, as well as to the place of delivery and other factors. The order constitutes as a proposal that can be accepted or rejected by the Company at its sole discretion. Acceptance by the Company takes place through an order confirmation that is sent to the email address indicated by the User following the receipt of the order. In the case of a non-receipt of the Order Confirmation, the order will be deemed rejected by the Company, without prejudice. Refusal will be sent by any means (using ordinary electronic mail) by the Company.
By sending the purchase order via the Site, the User declares to have read these terms of sale and payment conditions and to accept them in full.
If the User is a consumer (ie a physical person who buys goods for purposes unrelated to a professional activity), once the sale is concluded they will have to preserve (printing or saving an electronic copy) these Terms of Sale and Payment Conditions as these will remain applicable to your purchase even if subsequently changed by the Company.
The Conditions of Sale, the Payment Conditions and the Privacy Policy, can be updated or modified at any time by the Company. Notice will be provided according to times and procedures that will be unilaterally defined by the latter at its sole discretion.
The price of the Products, as indicated on the site, will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation separately for each of the Products ordered. The Company reserves the right to confirm or change the prices of Products not available in stock at the time of Order Confirmation based on the current price list if indeed different from that at the order date. The Order Confirmation will contain the image, the model of the Products ordered, the order number, the date and time of the order and the data of the User. In case of temporary unavailability of the Products ordered, the User will be promptly notified and will have the right to choose whether to complete the purchase or to withdraw the order. The User reserves the rights to promptly notify the Company of any corrections to be made to the data. The data included in the Order Confirmation will be necessary for the delivery of the Products, to identify the communication between the User and the Company.
